Google Plus for business - ideas?

I have set up a google + page for my site, just want to know what is the best way to post? Is it best to put the business name author link on the website and post as the business or as me on the business google + page?

Can you let me know what you think is the best? Plan is to write unique content (as always) and repost it on Google + from our business blog.

    I keep my main Google+ page for posting, interacting and hangouts etc Then set up a business page where I just post my own content from my blog. I understand that Google prefer you have separate pages for personal and business which can interconnect but are not mixing the two together. If your business covers a wide range of topics you could even go as far as creating a page for each area if you wanted to. However, I just keep it simple a personal page and business page.
