How to attract super affiliates? which program to choose

I am developing a small automated service. And want to find and integrate different affiliate program providers that super affiliates uses. So a discussion regards to this would be good, probably others also are interested

1. What programs is the best to choose to attract super affiliates?

2. How to develope the site so integration to different affilate programs goes smothly as possible? Regards to API and other issues.

    Clickbank and JVZoo are used by some of the bigger marketers in the industry. You might want to start there. You would need to offer a 2-tier incentive program or this might not fly.
