Where to sell Windows apps mini-businesses (not Flippa)

I own a little software business that I'd consider selling (not the ones in my .sig).
I started the business in 2002 and was selling around $1000+ of software a month up until 2011. Sadly due to bad SEO and losing interest in the business my sales are down to <$150 a month. It's still a good niche though, with customers who are VERY cash rich and time poor.
The problem is I can't really sell the domain as it's my registered company's name, so that rules out Flippa. And I have a number of products and somebody might not want to take them all on. So I wondered if there was somewhere I could just sell the rights to particular software tools + source code?
The buyer of my tools would need to be an accomplished programmer or have access to one. The niche is very specialised and there's not a huge market. But it would be a nice little micro-business for somebody who lived in Eastern Europe/India or the Philippines.
