Tracking Opt-ins from Multiple Solo Ads?

Hey guys, does anyone know of a way that I'd be able to track my opt-ins for each INDIVIDUAL solo-ad that is coming from the same website? Or would that be impossible unless I setup a different page/site to go along with each individual tracker?

Right now, I have my Landing Page setup through Lead Pages, and I have that integrated with GetResponse. The Landing Page's URL has also been forwarded/masked through my Go Daddy account to give it a nicer, shorter, URL. I then take my final link from Go Daddy and run it through Trck.me (A click tracker) and then setup an individual tracking link for each solo-ad that I purchase. Unfortunately, I can ONLY track the individual clicks this way, while the opt-ins can't be tracked.

After reading up a bit about it online, it seems that everyone just clones their Landing Page in LeadPages, and then puts that link directly into their tracker. So going that route, I wouldn't have a nice, short, masked link from Go Daddy, and it'd be an extremely long link that might turn a customer away, so is that really the best way to go about doing this? I just wanted to double check before I start going this route.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys!

My first reaction is always: run from GD...
However, if you already own a domain bought from them (hopefully, NOT hosted with them) make good use of it: set up your own URL shortener and create as many links as you want.
Open source, free shortener script: YOURLS: Your Own URL Shortener

Are you looking for something like pretty links. they have a free version if you want to check it out.

You just want to be able to track two different links right. Or are you wanting to split test. It sounds maybe you want to split test a solo ad.

But yeah if its on two separate posts or two separate pages you can do it easy and if its on the same page you can still do it. I will have to dig as I try to make my life simple now but if you still need help let me know.

I would set up each different link I required in AdTrackzGold and then they could all go to one squeeze page. AdTrackzGold will keep track of where all the clicks come from.

You should use a Tool that allows you all these things together: Short, cloak, manage and of course allow your domain in the final tracking link (shorten url).

I know there are some of these services around you need to decide which works better for you. But first you need to know if you want something you host on your servers or something that is fully managed (hosted)

I personally use ClickMeter. a bit expensive but:
      - fully hosted,
      - reliable
      - real-time
      - link-cloaking including Destination URL encryption
      - use my domains in tracking links
      - advanced conversion tracking.

QCC is going to be your best choice.

With QCC you can easily split test, track your clicks, track your optins and any backend sales you receive from your solo ads - All with one link.

I created a quick breakdown of using QCC to sell and purchase/track solo ads. Hopefully it helps you a bit.

Write me if you need help.

I spent months trying to find the perfect link tracker until I finally settled on QCC, so I know a thing or two.

On a another note, pretty link pro is cool as well, as was mentioned above.

We always set up different LISTS in our auto responder for EVERY traffic source. This way you can really see the ROI for every source of traffic (or solo ad) individually.

Across all the auto responders we have (over 5) I probably have over 100 LISTS combined.... but it works and helps with tracking.

This is what I do and recommend. Also, I buy solos from one seller at a time. I never send clicks from different sources to the same squeeze at the same time.

No disrespect, but you could real cut the fat and lean your processes down tremendously if you went about it another way.

Why not use one links that tracks optins and sales conversions from all your traffic sources??

Most people get this totally wrong.

The best, and simplest way to track solo ads is to create a unique form for each solo ad you create.

2 minutes extra work? Yeah. But it's:
    100% free.
    100% accurate.
    100% guaranteed.
    100% agile.

All you need is a conversion tracking software - pixel or javascript that you can put in the "Thank You" page after the optin or email verification.

Our Linktrackr software can do that, as well as allow you to create a unique "Campaign" for each solo email partner sending your emails.

If LeadPage allows you to put that pixel or javascript in the correct place (I'm not sure if they do) it should be easy to do what you want.

Doesn't LeadPage also provide you with the Campaign or similar feature for incoming traffic?

Hello, Gobala! Good to see you here ... I'm linktrackr user and I have some questions about this topic ... I also use Leadpages and I would like to create a marketing funnel with Linktrackr + Leadpages, but can not find a way to do this .

I can create multiple campaigns in linktrackr pointing to my squeezepage (Leadpage) so I can track which traffic source is generating more leads for me.

However, the thankyou page will be the same for all the leads, so I can not use TID + (lt-campaign) to track my sales. In this case, the only way is creating multiples leadpages, each for specific traffic source.

Do you have any tips for that?

AdTrackzGold works perfectly for doing that.

You can separate each traffic provider by using a different tracking link...

As well as track clicks, actions, sales, percentages, ROI, etc.

In Getresponse.com, you can actually create different forms for the same auto-responder and know where each lead is coming from.

Once you create a unique form to track leads, you will then have to create a new web page for each one.

Use Hypertracker, where you can have it set to track unique clicks only. Use adf.ly to shorten each link so you have a different link for each solo ad. Then create a campaign for each link in Hypertracker, that way your only tracking status of one solo ad in each campaign

Also Use Getresponse instead of leadpages. Getresponse also provides landing pages templates and hosting for them. So why not have your Autoresponder, Landing page, Plus Hosting all in one spot
