I have a blog and website I'm selling a service on, recently we came out with an ebook. What's a good way of selling it. I mean on the website specially for the ebook.

A typical salespage, or just testimonials, etc..
Tell me some ideas you guys have

    Hey Machiaveli

Find a forum related to the niche you're in, contribute useful information and build up trust by providing value, then after you've built up your post count and established yourself you can add a signature linking to a salespage with the ebook.

Testimonials add credibility if you have them but don't create fake ones. It will ruin your reputation if you're ever caught - and it's just not cool.

You can also put up some videos on YouTube talking about the same subject. Keep them short and refer the viewers to your sales page for more info.

    Good luck

I don't send traffic traffic to opt in pages anymore. I Do This instead...

Make a squeeze page for the e-book and take a part of the book and make it into a free offer on you squeeze page and collect leads offer those leads the full e-book to make the squeeze page you could use leadpages or unbounce.

I agree with this point of view. You need an email list. It's hard to sell your products directly.

You have to convince your potential customers that your book is good through various email messages.

This means that you have to study email marketing and prepare good messages for your readers. You have to learn many techniques, beginning with how to write interesting and appealing titles.

Thank you. Is there any place i can find templates for such a sales page?
I like to see what others are doing, but most of the books i see online aren't like that or have no website

What this book is about? What audience it targets? It is important to know this before you get such an answer.

But in general, you should promote your ebook on forums of your niche, create a great and attractive sales page, find affiliates willing to help you sell it, do some targeted advertising on social medias (Facebook), PPC is still not bad idea, maybe Amazon....

One way to do it would be to promote it using a series of FREE ebooks. Get the free ebooks to qualify your traffic and build trust. Upsell in the links within the free ebooks

Pretty good, but waaaaaaaay to long for my tastes. The opening screen really caught my attention though. Lost it by the time I started down the page. Remember that above the fold is where you want call to action and optin or buy button or both.

There's a course that teaches you the whole KINDLE process. Some guy has 200 books and is making a few K a month on just the Kindle Side. I don't have the link on me, but PM me and I can find it once I'm at home.
