Anyone Know About Limited Items on JVZoo?
Have a quick question I hope someone knows...
I had a limited pack (only 35 items) for sale on JVZoo. Two people accidentally bought it twice (must have been good copy lol). So I refunded one of their duplicate purchases.
Today someone tried to buy it but it says sold out.
The system inside JVZoo shows 35 sold, but it also shows the 2 refunds, so it did not take that into account?
What do you guys do in those situations - just up the packs by 2? Or is there something else I should do instead?
