Pssst wanna read a bad article?

A few days ago someone asked to see a bad article. Well here's one. And no I didn't write it on purpose to be bad. I didn't write it period.

**** berry is a very effective weight loss medicine. It is easier to lose your weight through this and moreover the price is also not so high. This medicine works very effectively and if it is consumed then the person loses weight very easily as well as in a very short duration of time. Some of the T.V actress and the silver screen actress has also used this medicine for losing their weight and hence got very astonishing results. The use of this medicine does not have any side effects and moreover it never fails to meet its expectation. The **** Berry XXXX has been recommended by many of the news channels and tests are done if it suits the mankind.

Choosing the product carefully

There are many products in the market that use its name but they do not give the desired result and hence are of no use to the mankind. The peoples who use the **** berry should be very careful before choosing this product because there are many products in the market that resembles the original product and they also share their name but are of no use.

The **** should be used keeping in mind certain things that the use of this product is only to the person who is fat and has got extra pounds but the use of this product by the people who do not require it might be dangerous as it might make you weak and the ingredients that are used in manufacturing this product might make a person ill. The duplicate of this product is made very often and are being sold very cheap in the market and so most people buy it and become the victim of the imitations.

The original product has got many essential ingredients that can make you fit and provide your body with the minerals required for the proper growth of the body. **** berry contains vitamins like vitamin B1, B2, B12...etc and so they help in the process of body building without increasing the body weight. They also contain the desired fatty acids which help in the development of the body but do not add any extra pound which makes a person fat and look ugly. **** berry besides the ingredients of vitamins and minerals also contain calcium and phosphorous which are helpful to the teeth and bones and make them stronger and rigid. This product is made from the natural ingredients and so it do not cause any harm to the body.

Obviously written by someone whose native language is not English.

Dee

An author with English as a second language isn't what immediately sprang to mind here. I thought it was written by a lawyer - a lawyer who has spent far too many hours reading fine print gobbledegook. Turn an **** Berry tree upside down and that is probably what's written on all of them

        Nah...

I think a lawyer would do it more like this.

EXCERPT FROM ORIGINAL: "The peoples who use the **** berry should be very careful before choosing this product because there are many products in the market that resembles the original product and they also share their name but are of no use."

SAME EXCERPT IN LEGALESE: "Persons who choose to ingest, or otherwise consume, the fruit of the **** plant (henceforth referred to as "**** berry") are liable for any injuries or loss of limb or life from said consumption. Therefore, it is advised that such persons should exercise due diligence prior to the selection of any **** berry product. This situation is further exacerbated by the plethora of like products within the marketplace. While these products maintain a resemblance to original **** berry products (in appearance and name) their efficacy is questionable and, therefore, should not be employed in any shape, way or form, due to the potential detriment of said action."

I think that you also meant to say "This product is not intended to cure any disease and the claims herein have not been verified by the FDA. The user therefore holds the aforementioned **** berry supplier blameless for any loss due to ingesting and/or purchasing the product and assumes all responsibility for any circumstances including but not limited to spontaneous combustion of said individual."

I hired the same guy to write some articles for me - I know now what you get sometimes for 3 bucks an article . . .

    He didn't get paid though

He told me that he found my topic dull and that he wanted to inject some humour () into the articles. He went on to say, 'just like Mr Shakespeare did'.

The best way of talking a response to article like one such as this is to notice the wording of how the sentences are. Many fine people in public will agree with such an idea when thinking of what to say. It is true because it is suits for the mankind and they do know the talking to say when they do it.

Scientific research has show that there is no way that is other than this for the article. You do like when ever you want more to be written in the same way. For the professional writer who makes his money by writing they can see that the article is writing similar.

Those articles are normally created by overseas writers once and then spun using a system called "markoved text". They are BAD... and yet, some people seem to think that it helps their SEO.

Let me be clear... if you think that kind of article helps SEO... it's time to reconsider. Good articles are good for both humans and SE spiders. And bad articles are also bad for both. This is not 2001 anymore, Google's algorithms are much smarter now than markoved text.

    Cheers!

      Even the logic is cr@ppy.

In the first paragraph it says: The use of this medicine does not have any side effects

The fourth paragraph says but the use of this product by the people who do not require it might be dangerous as it might make you weak and the ingredients that are used in manufacturing this product might make a person ill.

But the last paragraph says: This product is made from the natural ingredients and so it do not cause any harm to the body.

That doesn't look to me so much as a "bad" article, than a "spinned" article. Machine-rewritten. From the way some words are placed in the text... I had some not-so-nice experience with this years and years ago, back when I thought I could outsmart Google with all my AHK macros and algorithms and clever stuff.

I mean I get your point of course Dee, it is obviously literally a bad article... but I think you can have articles that are hand-written by people and actually readable and still have them be bad in other ways (such as not providing value, etc). Those types of articles are the harder ones to steer away from I think.

My thought was similar but more along the lines of Bablefish. To my ear, it reads like it has been written in another language and then translated into english using a translator program. It seems to me that anybody doing any amount of article writing would read the article and realize how bad it is, unless for some reason he couldn't read it.

I once read a student's college essay (english is his first and only language) which read something like...

And during the day I like to watch TV 8 but I always have homework to do 99.

I asked him what 8 and 99 were and he looked at his paper utterly baffled by it. I think he meant to put parenthesis around it instead but wasn't sure how.
