Building and structure funnel sites

I am about to develope my first site (online service with subscription). When its finished the next step is to build a funnel ecosystem with admin and as much as possible automatic.

How would you structure the different funnels?
All working in same way, offer a low priced product or something free?
Then offer other other things, in similar style or in a other template dressing?
Is it the best to do this in same domain/template design as initial offer, or building it in such a way it seems like its new sites.

Eventual other to think about?

    Check out Donald Wilson's youtube video "the Blue print" it focuses on fan page monetisation but includes a nice break down on how to set up a funnel.

    To be honest though the make up of any funnel depends on what you want to do.

    A balance between content/value and out right selling is probably the way to go.
