First time bidding on GoDaddy domain

Hey Warriors

I have found a specific keyword about a medical condition that I want to try my hand at. I am pretty new to IM, this will only be my second website I've ever made (first one didn't make money, wasn't targeted enough, good learning experience.

Anyways this keyword gets 22k exact monthly matches and the first page of google doesn't seem overly competitive. The problem is, the exact match domain is up for auction on GoDaddy with 0 bids at $70 but it doesn't end until the end of May!

2 Questions:

-Is there any way I could get the domain sooner than the end of the auction?

-Is it worth me bidding on this domain, as I am still very new to IM and haven't made a dime yet (would I be throwing my money away)?

    Can you see the WHOIS ( not on GD)? Contact them directly. Many people use the same name on all platforms. See if you can contact them through social media...with a little 'Columbo', you can find it.
