Got My First Subscriber in my Health Niche!

So, I'm wondering... I am thinking about setting up pages for each email which hold all of the free information I'm giving away... articles I write, videos I'm posting, etc. I feel this is a better option than just throwing it all in an email. I mean, I'm including information in the email but sending them to a specific page full of resources for that day and then describing the next day's content in the bottom of the email to give them a teaser.

Is this a good approach?

Awesome man! Congrats. Many more to come!

Why not do a combination of both?

I think this is a good approach. Even if people click through a link on an email if there isn't something appealing on the next page they will leave within seconds.

I would recommend to include something free, like an article or special bonus within the email itself, to spark interest, and then if they want more they can follow the link to the page with ALL the content.

I think you will get a lot more visits to your detail page if you give your subscribers something valuable or appealing in the first email.

What I did was the first email contains a 25 page ebook of about 50000 words including information about me and what the list will offer them etc. I mean, my thing is I can include bits and pieces of the information in the email then the link to the specific section of my site for that day with all the detailed information

    Sortof like:
    Hello,
    Here is today's information
Summary 1 Click here to read.(link)
Summary 2 Click here to read (link)
Click here if you'd like to access the entire free resources.

    Tomorrow: you get ...

I think that's a pretty good approach. The only way to know for sure though is to do some testing and see what converts best with your list. Try some different things and see what format works best.

it's difficult to say which approach is perfect until you've tested it. A couple of lists I was on used to send a kind of "round up" email at the end of the week. The final email of the week word contain a quick summary of the weeks emails, giving your list another chance to check out your content.

The way I would structure this is to have the email sort of as a teaser, and then as you said, having them click to an article or something of that nature.
