what would you say is the hardest part of whatever it is you do?

I would say writing articles, or overcoming the paranoia to pay $5 for one on fiverr from some guy who's probably going to steal my keyword idea.

    Writing comes super easy for me. The hardest part for me is having the discipline to do some free marketing everyday. I'd much rather lay in bed.... until 8pm at night - then have dinner, chill with the girl.... then go back to sleep for 10 more hours.

    I doubt that situation will ever happen. Not with decent writers at least. I honestly do not care about the keywords people send to me. They are forgotten about in minutes. My business is all about writing, not building up websites.

      Agreed. And I think there is a fundamental difference in mindset between most marketers and writers. Namely, writers value cash in hand, whereas marketers chase the dream of residual income. A writer looking to stuff their pockets will be too busy banking from writing to concern themselves with examining somebody's keywords.

      As for the hardest part of what I do: mostly any research requirements. I don't mind writing up books, reports and articles once the research is in place, but it never stops being a b*****d when I need to make notes on tinnitus or wine connoisseurship.

    One of the toughest challenges I have experienced is to always be thinking and acting on "what's next"...when you achieve a level of results, the key is to not be too comfortable with that level as the entire game can change in 12-months or less. So, as soon as you hit some success with one product, niche or business model, you want to be working on extending, enhancing and moving beyond. Tough to do when you see good results, it's very easy to just work that product or system and stop innovating.
