What if you change it a little bit?
So the person is opting in: receives 3-4 cool content-based videos every day. And only after that you will send them to a sales page (like a product launch).
Talking about 97$+ offers - it's the only way to receive good conversions and ROI.
I look at people who are doing something like: optin - redirect-OTO and then followup. I think it's bullshit. ( some of them are doing good money, but the conversions are horrible ~1%, that means that 99% of people hate you because of that. And they are selling 7$-50$ ebooks).
In my opinion - it's better to build trust first by giving cool info first (not a BS report) - but to really help people at first and only then asking for a sale.
