JVZOO paying commissions not working

Is anyone else having a problem paying affiliates? I have sent in 2 requests to support and I am still waiting for them to solve this problem.

I want to pay my affiliate commissions and can't. It says queued and then goes back to being unchecked.

I've seen threads here with people saying that they haven't received commissions from JVZoo - but I'm trying to and can't!

Who's the owner - anyone I can pm here?

  • try to contact the affiliate directly.in that way you can pay their commisions and put the explanations in paypal payments that you pay them for jvzoo commision

  • Still nothing. This is very poor service indeed. I raised another ticket and no reply at all. No rely from my pm message.
    I'm now seeing a message to say that all affiliate commissions must be paid by 60 days - I would if I could! I am concerned that my account could get flagged and it's not my fault.
    I am seriously thinking of moving to another affiliate system.
  • jvzoo support is very poor service, just wait and try again in few days
  • I have never had any problems getting replies from JVZoo. Did you put in a ticket? Also are you sure you have money in your PP account available to pay the affiliates?
  • Yes I've done all that. In the end I have resorted to refunding that particular purchase (I was able to so that) so that it no longer shows up as outstanding. I've apologized to that particular affiliate and they have been supportive which is good.
    It's annoying as I did have a zero refund rate...
