INTERNET MARKETING

I plan to start a membership site and I dot want to host he videos on YouTube because I only want them on the hosted site. I'm on blue host right now and they don't host videos. Any recommendations ?

I'd recommend getting completely away from Bluehost. If you use wordpress, they're one of the slower options.

EDIT: Wait, I got mixed up. Bluehost is fine for wordpress. I was thinking of my old host.

If you have more then a few videos, You may want to us an amazon s3 account to store them.

You may want to explore using screencast.com. Very user friendly and you can control who views your videos. I suggest going with the pro option.
With screencast you can make a folder public and visible to everyone. Hide it so only you can see it. Password protect it. Or make it so only authorized viewers can access your content.

Well, you can try using vimeo. They have a pro version. Question, what is wrong with you tube any way. Do you want to limit who can see your movies.

You know you can always set your videos to unlisted on YouTube so that only people with the link can view them

I personally like to use Amazon S3 for hosting videos, I've always found them to be reliable and they're pretty cheap because you only pay for what you use

I would recommend use Vimeo for video hosting.

Business Video Hosting | Vimeo Professional

They have a plan at $199/year for up to 1,000GB a year and unlimited HD plays.

Amazon S3 is a good choice but if you have a lot of plays on your videos it will cost you a lot for bandwidth.

With Vimeo you do not have to worry about that. Calculate your usage and decide which one is better for you.
