How do I sell my website to a lawyer?

I have a website that has been generating about 2 to 3 legal leads daily on Risperdal lawsuits from purely organic traffic that I had planned to sell. I tried calling law firms specialising in such drug injury lawsuits but problem is to get past the 'gate keeper'. I have made like 30 calls to different law firms and the secretary promised to pass the message to the lawyer.

Anyone who have ever sold a website to a lawyer successfully to offer advice please?
Should I use Flippa instead?

Well, one thing for certain is you won't get past the gatekeeper in a law firm. Whether she passes the info on or not is her/his discretion and usually dictated by her experience with her boss ... knowing what he does and does not want to see or be bothered with.

    Try Flippa.

Would you rather keep it if you could actually sell the leads? If so, try going and speaking Face To Face, and show what you are talking about. Or try Linkedin for getting in touch with manager type people out of hours.

To sell it, I would just lease it to them rather than sell it, as then you get a monthly/weekly income that will be passive. Again, try linkedin or face to face to try to get in touch with leasers/buyers.

As the gentleman from Leeds says, why not just sell the leads?
And adsense can pay out nicely for some legal keywords.
