What is the best video format to burn on CD's ?

I'm going a bit old school and repackaging some PLR product for sale on CD. I've got plenty of content that is MP4 or WMV. I am able to convert to another format if necessary. Which format is best for this scenario.

    MP4 > WMV by a lot. MP4 is newer technology.
