I have been a member of this forum for almost 2 years. In that time span I have bought many, many WSO's. Some were great, others were not. Regardless of the quality of the product, customer service has been very good for the most part. However, in the last 2 weeks I have been burned twice, once for $97 and then for $64. Each time both vendors not only failed to deliver the product as promised but will not respond to PM's or emails as to the status of the order. So here's how I plan to tackle this particular issue:

1. I am an internet marketer because I choose to be. I am retired and can watch soap operas all day if I so choose. You can screw me for a couple of hundred dollars and it will not make a dent in my lifestyle. However, I can blog about my experience with you and your service and it will cost you many times what you "stole" from me. It's your choice how you want to play the game. Let me know how you want to play. I don't have a preference.

2. I can start a WSO "Review" blog where I outline my experience with your product and service. I am seriously considering this option. Sue me for negative reviews if you so dare. I dare you to do so!! You would be better off cleaning up your act!!

3. I can privately, notify, others on your own thread to "be aware"

You would be well advised to know that it is much, much cheaper to keep the customer you already have than to advertise for a new one. Some people get it, some don't. It's quite easy to figure out who does and who does not!!

You determine your own destiny!!

Why don't you post on the thread to get their attention or warn other warriors?

You are right Alex, that's what I will do. It just seems that the work ethic, honesty, integrity, and accountability that I grew up with just doesn't exist anymore. It's a shame for sure! Thank you for your response.

Ethics and I.M shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence. There are boat loads of scammers out there, that drown out the good guys. Another thing you could do, is report them to the mods, and if indeed they are scamming, they will be banned.

Sorry you have been scammed, but in I.M you really need to use due diligence

          Alex,

At least in this particular case, I don't believe the vendors in question were scammers. They are just lousy business people. Hopefully they will learn from their mistakes and teach others.

Failing to deliver is pretty serious. Post on the WSO thread that they failed to deliver and hit the report button to report the WSOs (not a nasty comment, just that they did not deliver). The mods will not let an offer stay open that doesn't deliver the product.

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.

              Amen.

wesawu... Report them, just the way Suzanne suggested. We'll attend to it.

I'm sorry to hear you've been burned, I agree you should start a review blog or tell them on their thread. I can understand if they take a little longer to reply to PM's or emails, because I myself need to sleep and sometimes it takes (at most) and hour for me to get back, but to NOT get back to your customers or future customers isn't professional and will never help them in the long run. Reviews on a thread are in my opinion, what makes a thread.
