flippa - rough pricing estimate?

I wonder is there a rough correlation between prices of websites and their daily income?

For example.. how much roughly could you buy a site with an adsence daily income of £1..

They roughly go for 40x monthly income, but they can go for as little as 10x.

I think 40x is too much, but if you think a website's income will increase over time then maybe it's not so bad.

I think Flippa is all about the income though, rather than potential. I'm trying to sell a brand new keyword tool on there, but without revenue there doesn't seem to be that much interest.

40x is far too much imho

I'd look at between 8-20x but like hpgoodboy said depends on type of traffic coming in, organic could last a few weeks more

I think the more work you put into a site the more sales you'll get because it has one it what people want. In turn, you can sell it for more.
