How to best spend $267 to make the biggest ROI

So I have $267 from cc rewards points to put into an internet marketing business. I'm thinking building a list is probably the best way to go and feel like I've become pretty good at Facebook ads (getting my cpc down to around $.10-.30 depending on the ad).

So I'm thinking to put aside most of that for a marketing budget. However, I'm wanting to know what the best systems are to send that traffic to?

I feel like if I go with an Unbounce or Leadpages type of company then I'd have to also get an aweber or mail chimp to do the follow up for the list I build. At that point I'm spending quite a bit on these services.

I've looked into Infusionsoft, since it seems to have mostly all of the parts for a successful online sales funnel (landing page, thanks page, as well as a high end follow up), but that also would break the bank as it's a bit expensive to get set up as well as the monthly ongoing fees.

Is there another company that I'm missing that would have a landing page that I can tweak to specific offers as well as a good email follow up? I want to make sure I'm building my list if I'm buying traffic and not just sending traffic to an offer that I can't follow up with ever again.
