Any great wordpress themes with dummy content ready?

TL;DR Version
Are there any great wordpress themes integrated with woocommerce, suitable for a home page 'new-age' sales letter and then a store as well...and one that already includes greaty dummy content so you are half way there?

I've been browsing themeforest and have seem some excellent themes that they show. There are some perfect layout and color schemes that I want to use, and I'd just need to change the text and images. Aren't there a lot of people like me who want an amazing looking site in 30 minutes?

But when you start with the theme, it is so much work and tough to make it look like the demos.

I'm looking for a wordpress theme that works well with woocommerce. I plan to use amember for member registration/checkout (for membership sell), and then woocommerce with stripe plugin for physical products in the store.

Here's the u-design theme integrated with woocommerce used for a store. It looks great! I want dummy xml content with mysql or whatever is needed to start me off immediately from there! http://idesignmywebsite.com/u-design-shop/

As for the dummy content, I highly recommend for you to not use the content that comes with the theme or template. If you leave the content "as is", Google will deem that as duplicate content and you won't get good natural search engine rank as a result. G likes original expanding content. Not some overused filled in text that many others are using when they buy the same theme or template.

I'll show you an example of what I mean. I looked at that link you showed. I went to that theme and copied the below from it...

"We create interactive, modern, eye-catching websites. We help you build strong online presence for your business by creating a professional website"

Once I copied it, I went to Google and placed it there in "QUOTES". This will show you exactly the words that are there if matched. If you do the same thing, you will be amazed at how many people are using that same theme and have kept the words as they are. It's duplicate content, therefore G isn't going to show you any love for it! If you don't want to write the content, ask here for a content writer to do the job for you. There are places like Fiverr and similar where you can find people to do it for you as well, but I'd start here first.

As Lastwarrior mentioned it would be a bad idea to use a site with any content that others could be using.

Duplicate content is a real thing to be concerned about in these situations and you would only be hurting yourself in the long run, you would stand to gain very little as you simply would not rank over the other hundreds of sites that are established and using that content.

Best thing would be to spend the small amount of extra time in adding quality content to your site and concentrating on growing your site rather than trying to take shortcuts on your sites content, its really the one area where shortcuts aren't really feasible.
