Want to invest $500 in online business - Any suggestions

I want to start an online business mostly Intent marketing based. I already got some money from my web app programming services.
I am thinking about the solo ads. I bought a WSO also in this regard and going through the action process.
The question here is, if I want to invest $500 then how I should be invest in the solo ad business.
What is the minimum good amount of subscriptions required to generate around $3000 per month.
Or if you have any other suggestions please let me know.
