What are some payment processors/shopping carts with upsell funnel support?

I've been using (and recommend) www.Nanacast.com for years. They have 1-click upsells with merchant accounts. There's also www.Zaxaa.com now which is lower priced. Finally, Shopping Cart & Ecommerce Software - 1ShoppingCart.com.

Which one of those solutions supports post-transaction upsells? It is so much better to upsell after they have already made their purchase rather than introducing another element which may increase abandonment and indecision.

Does anyone know what our options are for immediate post-purchase unsells?

All the ones I mentioned are post-purchase upsells. As soon as you enter your credit card details and hit "PAY NOW", you start seeing offer after offer.
