Do you know how do people make these custom animations?!

Hello,

Any idea how people make the sketches for video's like this?


I'm not talking about the hand drawing them... just the actual sketches of the people. Do they do them by hand? A software?

    Artsy types can draw them. I think most come from clip art and other collections sold for this exact purpose.

    I agree with travelinguy that the images are from a clipart collection or were a custom job, with most similar videos using graphics from a clipart/graphics connection.

      Hi Tom!

      If I were to guess, I'd say the drawings were semi-custom and not clip art. The consistency in the lines and designs leads me to believe it's the work of a single artist, and most clip art isn't that way.

      The line-based shading is also a "tell" of it being one artist: If you look at the images, you'll see there is a consistency with that design element from the very first to the very last image.

      You might take a look at Fiverr.com: There are some pretty good artists/illustrators working there.

    There are similar cliparts at kozzi website. For example if you search for "businessman" there will be results with cliparts of the same businessman but in different conditions - i.e. angry, happy, smiling, etc... So you can use these collections to make your professional looking video presentations.
