Amazon has the answer and you can find it in their Associates Program Participation Requirements if you weren't so lazy...

I'm posting this for the benefit of others:

You will not display or otherwise use any of our customer reviews or star ratings, in part or in whole, on your site unless you have obtained a link to that customer review or star rating through the Product Advertising API and you comply with the requirements set forth in the License Agreement.

No you can`t. There have been many bans who use/scrape/iframe reviews from Amazon.

    Cheers

If your referring to being an Amazon affiliate, here's what the agreement says about using reviews on your own site:

"28. You will not display or otherwise use any of our customer reviews or star ratings, in part or in whole, on your site unless you have obtained a link to that customer review or star rating through the Product Advertising API and you comply with the requirements set forth in the License Agreement."

    Hopefully this helps.

OK so my answer is no. Please exercise some care. Do not do things that will get you a ban from amazon. Best strategy is to get big name bloggers to review you. Well, I don't think that amazon will ban em unless hell freezes over. That is where you get a lot of traffic from anyway.

The only time you can use Amazons reviews is if you are pulling them from Amazons API you absolutely cannot screen grab them and then display them on your site as they will equate to a ban.

As has been mentioned when in doubt take the time to contact Amazon support AFTER reading the current Amazon TOS.

Ask Amazon, and get their response in writing.

Amazon *DOES NOT FOOL AROUND* and their ban system is quite draconian.

So, if you're seriously "in this to make money", better make sure your bases are covered.

Also the Amazon terms of service change often, usually without an announcement. Make sure to check them on a regular basis. Also, the Amazon affiliate forums are a good place to find discussions of the terms and changes. There are also folks posting there who have had their account banned. Sometimes they will actually tell you what they did.
