Fedral Tax on company income

Hi,

I am trying to register my company in USA. I already have my brother in USA, so I will be using his paypal account to set my business paypal account.

I am currently in asian country. I already contacted delawarenic and they said that I can register my company name there.

What I am getting confuse is, How much federal tax should I have to pay each year?.

Currently my business would be online ( I have website where I will be charging customer by providing the services and ask them to pay via paypal).

I will also hire people here in my country to make calls etc for my business. So, what I have to show them after each year to minimize my tax.

Can any one help me in this please?

This is a question you really want to ask an accountant. Generally, though, as a small business you'll end up paying 30 - 40%.

My LLC doesn't pay anywhere near that. Where did you get those numbers? I have an accountant that does my taxes there's all sorts of write-offs and credits for small businesses. They are taxed differently than individuals.

This is just my personal experience though.

Do you know anyone who provide such services, as I don't have any idea about these things and I also have expenses like office rent, salaries to the employees here. Should I also have to keep records of all these things for each month?

If you're paying 40% of your small business income, you need to see a new tax accountant.

Talk to an accountant!!!! Only a certified, professional accountant can answer your questions with any credibility. Everything else is just speculation.

LLC, single owner no employees goes into your personal tax return. So the tax you pay percentage wise will be the same

I'd play it safe and guesstimate that most people here trying internet marketing and no other source of income (or minimal part time) will fall somewhere near a 10-15% tax bracket...

You will not find the answer on this forum. This is a very complicated
and nuanced subject. You need to seek professional advice.

The first question you need to ask them is why you'd want to do anything
that results in you paying U.S. federal income tax? There are a few good
reasons but I have my doubts as to whether you actually know what they
    are.

Now... go back and read my first paragraph again!
