Firefox Search affiliate Links

Hi all,

Currently using FireFox and noticed that when I use their search in the top right of the browser I have the option to search using a number of different sites including Amazon and Ebay, when using Amazon I can see their affiliate link in the address bar (not got an issue with this, they deserve to make money) I am wondering if anybody know how they do this?

    No, I didn't know. But I just tested and you are right. I won't complain as I love Firefox but it would be nice to actually tell the users that it is an affiliate link. It might be written in some legal writings you had to accept to install it though.
