Well, I watched a video a few weeks back that said advertising writing jobs on sites like Craigslist can be a good way to find writers and you'll often get great rates if you draft from common "outsourcing" countries like India and the Philippines...but you could always check the Warrior Forums' own Warriors For Hire subforum, browsing in there I've seen a lot of writers looking for work. You should have quite a few choices, and having put an ad in there myself I can tell you it's serious people in there (costs $20 to put up an ad).

I'd browse there first, shop around and get quotes on rates. I'd guess you could find exactly what you need if you check out several writers before you select one.
