Cool free tool to make graphics for Online or Offline
I think this hasn't been shared in here so I'd like to recommend you take a look at

It's a great site which let you design a bunch of things like Social media banners, Facebook Timeline banner, posters, cards etc....
They have a large vault of free graphics you can use and also some stock images which you can get for cheap, cost a lot less than at other stock photo sites I know.
I just found this yesterday and played around with it a bit to make my new banners, using my own images, also possible.
Overall, this will be a tool I definitely use frequently.
