What is your easiest way you know to create an ebook?

For me, it's to use a proven template (you can get templates:
Microsoft Word
Word Templates

Open Office Templates
Apache OpenOffice Templates
And then providing a quick 1-2-3 one problem/one solution report.

I get my ideas from the news, from trends, from Wiki.

I'll then either use the 1-2-3 as a my chapter headings, or even take advantage of free book creators like Help:Books - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia .

    Open Office is a favourite tool I use a lot - as it is simply a matter of clicking the pdf button to save the open office file as a pdf document.

    As for getting ideas for ebooks - forums, ebook market places and sometimes other peoples emails are really good for inspiration to create a nice helpful pdf document.
