Is Clickbank an authorized payment processor for the Google Play store?

I am releasing an Android app for my product, and I would like to use CB to process payments, but is Clickbank an authorized payment processor for the Google Play store? More info here https://play.google.com/about/develo...agreement.html
If not, I guess I will need to use Google Wallet for Android devices.
