Communication Management System in this case.

This has been posted a few days ago by another Warrior, can't remember whom but it's a cool tool you might like to use.

Streak - CRM in your Inbox

I used SIGNALS from Hubspot before but I think that this tool here is way better as you can organize and manage your email contacts and emails into groups.

You can manage your communication with this Gmail app what is a great time saver if you use Gmail in your business.

      I called it Communication Management, they call it Customer Relationship Management but you can call it as you want

      For me, a customer is someone which purchased something from me, before
      it is a prospect.

      As you can manage all your contacts like prospects, customers, partners etc. I didn't used CRM.

      Does that make sense.

    Personally, I'd rather have the nsa tracking my emails and browsing habits rather than a third party out for big data profits.
