Made My First Clickbank Sale

Hi Warriors,

This is my first post here in the community, I opened my account back in 2011 but never really used it , anyways, I just wanted to say that I'm a newbie in affiliate marketing , I jumped into it two weeks ago, I chose a CPC network to drive traffic to a Clickbank offer and surprisingly I made a sale, I really didn't know what I was doing I also wasn't tracking anything or building any list it was CPC traffic directly to the sale's page.
I'm looking forward hearing from you guys, about what I should do next.

Thanks in advance.

    Wow Cavow

CONGRATULATIONS!! I remember when I made my first sale, I also remember when I made my first $100 in one day, my first $500 and my first $1,000 in one DAY. It just gets better from here, once you get a taste of it.

So, let me ask - which CPC network were you using, how much did you pay for your clicks - and what was the commission of the sale you got?

You can probably make 3-5 times MORE if you sent traffic to your own opt-in page with an amazing free offer, build a list out of it and re-direct them TO the sales page once you opt in.

Seriously though, good job - now SCALE SCALE SCALE!!

Thanks Jeff, and $1,000 in one day! that's something :p I'm hoping to reach that level someday

I used BingAds for my CPC campaign and was paying between 0.2 and 0.6 a click in a campaign with 20$ a month budget . The sale commission was a big fat 25$ :p which came after spending 10$.

That's what I'm gonna do next, the opt-in and tracking/analyzing. And I really don't know about scaling right now, as I don't even know which keyword got me the sale

    Gratz!

Nothing like seeing that little colored block on your ClickBank daily sales snapshot!

Get that tracking sorted and let us know how your next $20 ad spend turns out.

    Here's to your next sale!

Congratulations! I, too, hope to have that toothy "first sale grin" very soon. I am still groping blindly around affiliate marketing but you inspired me to do more today and get results soon! To MORE!

Congratulations Cavow. I would make a copy of that $25 cheque and get it framed and hang it above your desk as a reminder that you can easily make money online. When you get frustrated, and you will, just look at that first sale cheque and remember how good it felt.

Next step for you is to start to tweak your sales process.

Build your own landing page and collect some leads on your list. Driving traffic directly to the publishers sales page is fine, but you'll increase your conversions and build your own subscriber list if you first send them to your own landing page. Even if you then direct them to the sales page after they opt-in, it will still be better than not collecting a lead at all.

Just test different things in your process and keep sending more traffic, then measure your results as you go.

One day, when you look back on your online empire, you'll remember the day that you made your first sale.

Well done mate, and welcome to the game.

    Hey Cavow!

That's great news. Keep it going and never give up. Making that first sale is always very satisfying. Hopefully there's many more to come. Keep sending the traffic, if the sales page is good you'll have many more.

You are actually leaving so much money on the table. If you want to scale this up, set up an Autoresponder service and start sending to the squeeze page before sending them to the offer. That will be alot better for you my friend.

Can you pm me the CPC network you used. I am kinda interested. It seems they work well.

      Congratz!!

I also remember my first CB sale, back in 2011. However, the next day the buyer asked for a refund..LOL!

I was disappointed, but that sale made be believe that I could make money online. I have also "tasted" the sweetness of a 100-dollar-day

What i would do, Traffic -> My Opt-in Page -> Follow up Email to Offer -> List building / Banking Money -> Scaling all the time.

Thank you guys for the kind words, I see a lot of you have been in the same situation and we all agree it feels great and I say good luck to all members here who are still waiting for their first sale

Now that I know this can work, I'm really willing to put a lot of effort into it, I already started working on a squeeze page and installed prosper202 and learning how to use it.

    Thanks again

What you should do is work really hard to turn that into as many more sales as you can. First taste of success I had with Clickbank was when I had about a dozen sales that brought in (sorry - can't remember now - think it was $135) but because they weren't diversified across PayPal and credit cards, Clickbank wouldn't send me the money. Then as months went by, they penalized me by taking away a percentage every month for not having sales. Eventually they took all my money back and I was left with nothing. A common problem with them, from what I found out afterwards.

I still remember my first clicbank sale. Better than redbull & viagra...LOL haha.

The next step for you scaling up. John reese now retired from this stuff, once told me if you can make $1 you can make $1 million. WHile we do really well each year on clickbank this is a true statement.

Try three things, you found one that works, not outsource and upscale that to the power of 10 and quit your shitty job. That is how we did it.

Its about working smarter on clickbank and not harder. There are lots of warriors that say clickbank does not work. NO INDEED they sell billions each month and send out regular checks to those that know how to bring in sales, mostly from listbuilding or leveragnig off others large databases which we do from time to time.

Anyway just thought we would help, and WELL DONE, not go out and make your next 40 sales, then upscale that to 40000 sales and so on and so on. Keep up the good work. GOOD LUCK!
