Solo ads for this niche?

Hi all,

I currently sell a website membership to online saxophone lessons and I was wondering if I could find any targeted solo ads from somewhere.

I currently just use google ads, bing ads, facebook, youtube and forums to market my product but I have been told that some solo ads can have very good results.

thanks

I would suggest you to find your niche related blogs, contact their webmasters and ask them if they own a list and if they would be willing to send an email to them. Of course, you offer them a payment or ask them about the costs.

Maybe you can find a blog related to your niche that are targeting the same audience but with different offer, like instrument sellers, parts sellers, repairing services,...

I would just take your niche name and ad solo ads to the end.

Then I would go to Google and do a search there to see if anyone is selling solo ads.

For your current traffic like pay per click, I think that you will get better conversions then solo ads.

Here's a trick I learned recently. Go to Google Alerts: Google Alerts - Monitor the Web for interesting new content

In the top field put in your best keyword. In the following field choose News or Discussion. Under 'How Often' choose one option but be warned that "As It Happens" will be sort of a pain as you'll get an email with each hit. Then click on Create Alert. After you've done that repeat only with the new alert choose News. (You can create an alert for every category if you want)

Now you'll be getting alerts for everything saxophone. You should be able to find sites, forums and lots of other stuff you can use for guest posting, solo ads and other promos.

This works for just about every market out there.

Go to Google Blogs and look up blogs related to your niche. Check out the website and check whether there is engagement in that blog and also check whether most of the comments are from English speaking countries... this shows the blog attracts people from English speaking countries which is always something you want to target (no matter your niche). Then head over to the 'contact me' page and ask them if they can send out a mail shot (in this case a solo ad) to their list. Before you actually offer them money just ask if they offer the service, how big their subscriber list is, if possible how many clicks are you likely to get and which nationalities their list is made up to test your judgement. I am sure if you head over to YouTube for more info on this strategy you will get tons more info to help you get started

That sounds interesting. Where would I find such people?

You can actually purchase a list, try and go to nextmark.com and search on your niche.

The negative about this is, that you need a autoresponder which you can upload a list to,
