Automated Video Ads and trafficing (no...Not the non-Colorado kind)

Newbie question here,

We've all seen thousands of videos of youtube. Now we all know after watching copied videos online like the avengers or watching videos on cats being grumpy while on skateboards you'll get a 30sec ad. Showing my age here, but back when Zvideo was around people were making decent bucks by having ads play before watching movies. My question is does that bring in a lot of revenue and also how do you implement it into your marketing strategies? Especially since those ads also run on mobile devices.

It would and maybe is viable.

But I have to believe that most people get "annoyed" by the ads.

I do. And I use an "ad block" so I never see ads before YouTube videos.

A lot of people do the same.

But I am not saying it couldn't work, just something to think about

with the popularity of Ad-block on Google chrome ect.
