Kinda newbie really needs help!

Hi Guys
I'm really looking for some help.I'm kind of a newbie although I've been looking on the warrior forum for a while.
I am trying to really find a way to make some money online (I'm sure you've seen a million posts with the same heading) I have learned that if you jump from one thing to the other you only make money if your lucky.( I've wasted time and money doing this although I have gained some skills.)
So with that said I have recently lost my job and am making the commitment to spend 40+ hrs a week to get something going ,I have a window of about 2 months to start making some money online.
So I'm asking for members to kind of guide me on where to start. I am looking for something that can take me step by step through the process
I don't mind the hard work I know this isn't an easy gig.
Hope someone out there has some guidance for me .
Thanks

If you can write, write articles for other members here. If you can create sites quickly, sell them to members here, on Flippa, and to local businesses in your area.

Creating sites that delivers leads to your local business owners can be quite profitable.

2nd vote for a coach, but first it's very helpful if you can decide what area of this industry you'd like to focus on. From there you can source coaches specific to a certain niche. Someone that can hold you accountable and provide feedback and direction along the way is invaluable when starting out.

As for passions I thought about this for a long time and it all comes back to being able to make money wherever I am and not having to be a slave to the 9-5 so I am willing to start anywhere.
I was a boat mechanic for thirty years and I started as a boat painter never thought I'd end up a mechanic. So I figure if I master something and like it I can continue on that path or take the skills I learned and spin it on something new.
As for my skills I have a decent handle on building a website. I understand things like affiliate marketing, reselling plr, building lists and I'm sure a few other things but I just can' seem to get things going in the right direction. Also I am not a writer so doing copy is very difficult for me.
      Thanks for all your help

I'd make it easy for myself if i didnt know internet marketing. I'd start on Ebay, tons of buyer traffic at your disposal.

  • If you're looking to make money in 2 months, first make a list of what your skills are. That's usually a good starting point to any business. You can market your services here (Warrior For Hire) or on sites like Fiverr or Elance. This would get you a quick influx of money fast; and depending on how skilled you are and how well you treat your client, it should keep you afloat for a while you figure out what kind of business you really want to take. Doing these short projects and odd jobs would also give you some experience and exposure to the different ways online businesses work.

Read, analyze, weed out the chaff and take action on methods that you think you'd be comfortable with. Two months is a lot of time and it IS POSSIBLE to make things work for you in that time frame.

If you can afford it, get a coach who can guarantee results. Having said that, don't spend your time and money to learn things that can be picked up for free by using the search function on the forum and also on Google!

    Hey OP,

It's highly unlikely you're going to build a profitable, well-diversified, growing business that will offer income-replacement earnings within the next two months - especially if you're starting from scratch.

While there is some "hard work" required, it takes a host of things to build up a profitable business from scratch and hard work is just one of the requirements.

Would you be willing to put in that hard work, knowing it may all crash down on you in the end and you've ended up working for "peanuts"? Are you willing to fail, fail, and fail some more for the next 6 months, 12 months, 18 months until you finally start to get some traction? (Minimal, but FINALLY some signs your work is paying off)

If you need money in 2 months based on some elbow grease and sweat you put in, you're really looking for a cash flow and not a business.

There are many options you could take, but using whatever skills you've got that are valuable to others that already HAVE successful/profitable businesses is a quick route to get you up and running.

We were complaining to a friend about how complicated some email software was and how we just wished there was someone there who could take over and "run" that piece of our business. Within 3 months he'd learned the system and was ready to offer us (and others) a service to do just that. A year later he's $10K+ per month and rolling...

I agree with everyone who suggested you to sell your services here, or at any other site online. This will achieve 3 goals:
    - You will see money right away
    - It will keep your motivation high and your action focused
    - You will improve your marketing skills

While you are doing it - take a good coach. The one who actually communicates with you, not only sends your training videos

Being a business owner takes skills that should be developed hands-on. So having a service providing business is very focused practice you can try different tactics on.

Every thing you learn from your coach - implement, implement, implement!

In a year you will leave 70% of the internet marketers far-far behind

I will not say to you "Good Luck", I will say "Good Sales"!
