Respond to complaintsboard.com complaints?

I have a few complaints on complaintsboard.com. Should I respond to the complaints? My strategy has been to ignore them so they would have less content with which to rank but that doesn't seem to be working.

    It's definitely much better to be upfront with all these complaints and deal with them head on. Problems and issues are inevitable once you hit a certain size, it's how you deal with them that makes the difference.

    People will see that you handle problems and respect you and your company for that.

      First, you have to determine if the complaints are warranted, if they are then you need to address the issue.
