Payment System

My payment system is Paypal but once they purchase how can i get the information of them that i require to do work they purchased?

For example, they come to my site and click add to cart and they purchase through Paypal but what then? How can i send them an email once they purchase asking for the required information etc?

    Integrate paypal's IPN (instant payment notification) to your shopping cart. That''s what I did on my site.
