Hey Guys I am New to the Forum.. Made$400 and Now i am stuck..

hey all,

i am new tho the IM . i quit my job and picked IM as full timer. I provide services to my friend who generally use to launch products. Services like Video Creation, Video Voice Over, Email Compaign, Customer Support . Now i am stuck. my income is stopped . any suggestions how i can start my IM business again ?

    Wait!! Don't quit your job....

    Because the IM is not easy as people think. 90+% people fail... are you aware?

    You can do the IM while you are in the job. Once your income of the IM become double times than your salary in 3 consecutive months, you can quit your job! Then focus the IM.

    Go get your old job back buddy.. You can spend your free time doing IM.. IM like offline bussiness.. It needs time to archieve the next level.. When you have money at least 6 months to cover your living you can do IM for fulltime.

    But if you refused to get your old job back.. Give a shot on ebay. GOod luck.

    Sounds not that you having a business with just your one friend as a customer. If you ask me it was a bit risky to give up your job already but okay it is like it is.

    If you have a good service than start up a thread here in the warrior for hire section to get new customers. You could also advertise on Craigslist or Ebay classified ads. Call local businesses, advertise in newspapers or setup a site and rank it in google (that won't be easy).

    Have a look on google and search for other sites which offer a service like you and see how they do it and than do it the same way.

    Hi Buddy,

    Now lets be Positive!!!

    Ok you have many skills, so like the second comment suggested advertise them on Fiveer.

    BUT Remember......
    Fiveer is not a set up, sit and wait for money to roll in Kinda Tool.
    You need to get Fiveer Gigs out there;
    Use Youtube, make a video and ensure to get it seen by promoting well, get on well viewed youtube videos and comment.
    Create a Facebook account, make a Fan page and get the groups who will require your skills and advertise to them.
    Twitter, Pin-Interest and Google+
    Get your gig seen and that will result in sales, dont just rely on Fiveer website to get your traffic.
    Make sure you have a Video on your Gig sinces its more seen that way.
    Try to get a part time job too since then it wont make you feel so much pressure to produce and income via IM.

      Wow bharatreddy, congratulations on the all of your successes so far. What may not seem like a big success to you is a huge goal for a certain market that you have the ability to have influence over.

      As you dive more into IM, you'll discover the secret to keeping your IM business growing is building on each success. If you get traffic, promote that result. If you get leads, promote that result. If you get sales and an income, PROMOTE THAT RESULT.

      ...with each bigger success, you'll continue to keep climbing to the next step over your IM career...

      If you don't stick with this format,

      it will always seem like you are 'starting over' from scratch.
      (and that couldn't ever be true - so don't let yourself believe that.)

      note: the cool part is you can use your past successes as credibility to "bridge" people into wanting to do business specifically with you so you can basically recommend any product or service as the solution to your target markets pain.

      You NOW have skill sets that people want, promote the heck out of it brotha!!!

    It's not a good idea to quit your job when your IM community is not big enough to pay your bills. However, if you think your services are "buyable" do some paid publicity. A lot of people here will buy your service and put big money in your pocket

      You should have waited to quit your job until you knew you had regular income going. Sometimes when people don't have a job it lights a fire to get them going, but sometimes people just find themselves in trouble.

      You said you were offering services. Are you advertising your services everyplace you can?

      You should be advertising your services in the Warriors for Hire section, on Elance, Freelancer, Odesk, Fiverr, and every other place you can think of.

      Join the Facebook groups for Internet Marketers there are tons of them. Go to the joint venture launches, people in those groups are always needing something done before a big launch.

      The services you are doing are things every Internet Marketer needs. You are currently on one of the largest Internet Marketing forums in the world.

    I guess your problem was you put all your eggs in the same basket. Start offering the same services on Freelancer.com, on this forum and also on Fiverr. Video creation and the other stuff you mentioned are high demand services and you won't be out of work if you are good at what you do

      It's not going to be easy bro but now that you quit your job you're going to HAVE to make this work for you.

      I'd invite you to take up freelancing projects as you work on your business to make sure you at least have some money to pay the bills and invest in your business.

      But if you want to start earning money as fast as you can go out there(or in there, IM pun intended ) and Find A Mentor! Enrol in their coaching program and be an apprentice for at least 3 months.

      Reverse engineering successful people is what's going to get you successful as they have a reason for doing everything that they do in their business (from setting up sales funnels to list building strategies etc.)

    hey bro,

    you can create a Fiverr account and sell your services as a gig over there. You can always upsell your gig if people would choose for more services. Suppose you can ask clients to pay 5$ for 30 seconds video and 10$ for 1 minutes video and thus create a recurring money offer.

    On the other hand start a blog with the niche "Make Money Online" and update it frequently which will help you to create your brand online.

    We'll get into some philosophical discussion here... But here's my two cents.

    Business is kind of like a game.

    You can get 20 entry level clients... Right?

    Well, you can get all the entry level clients on the planet and you'll never get rich.

    My advice?

    Learn to take those entry level clients from "Entry Level" to a higher commitment.

    You could make a living from 20 clients if they pay you MORE CASH, than if you have 100,000 clients who pay you chump change. (Okay, these are dramatic figures, but I think you get the idea)...

    Your goal should be to make each individual client worth MORE money.

    That way, you never have to scrounge trying to find more.

    It's the 80/20 rule personified.

    Am I the only one to think this is insane? 1 client. and only $400 in sales. Im sure he's outsourcing so $400 is not even total gross profits....

    And you decide to quite your job?? I dont know where you live, but in Canada that is not even enough to live for 2 weeks for rent, food and transportation.

    You better have a miracle google adwords campaign or facebook one, otherwise its the welfare office for you.

    All you have to do is put your offer in front of the right people.

    Look for people who need the services you offer, and look for was to put your message in front of them.

    The basics of making sales in anything is putting the right offer in front of the right people.
