Getting Loads Of Orders In Fiverr, But Work Is Consuming A Lot OF Time. What to do?

Hello There Warriors,
Hope you guys are making some good cash. So I was saying that I started working on Fiverr like 2 months ago. I signed up with a new account exactly 45 days ago from now. I made a gig to sell 'Whiteboard Animation' and another gig for 'Logo Designing'. For first three days I didn't get any order. On the fourth day I got an order for the Whiteboard Animation; I completed it and got a positive feedback. Then it took off and I started getting average 2 orders per day. I started reducing my volume for $5 and made it to 30 seconds video per $5.

After approximately 20 days, I started getting average 4-5 orders with maximum gig extras with average order selling of $20, which is I think a great progress within 30-40 days. So the thing is it's really consuming a lot of time, like 2-2.5 hours per order. And I want to know from you expert guys that what can I do to minimize my work and deliver fast? About the revenue, I've made like $600 from it, so what do you guys think about it?

P.S: I'm also planning to sell it outside of Fiverr with a lot higher price with my own website. So what do you guys think about it?

Thanks and Cheers!
Mohsen

without leverage a business WILL fail.

Build up your backend, figure out something existing customers can spend more money on and work on leverage.

You might want to stop selling in fiverr all together

Great Said, and exactly what I was thinking of. So will customer buy from me if I sell with my own website and stop selling at Fiverr? You can look checkout my signature foe example videos and for quality of my whiteboard animation.

I suggest that you hire a junior and train him to do the work and
    you only supervise as needed.

Definitely have a "Bespoke" extra that charges the maximum, and make it something you can outsource quickly and cheaply (without compromising your quality of course). This should bring your average completion time down, and send your average sale price higher.

Plus, I would stick with selling on Fiverr, as they are sending you tonnes of paid traffic. Just increase your price, by offering less seconds.

Thanks for this. And yes, Fiverr is a great platform to sell; as being in top 150 rank of websites worldwide, it's an awesome way to get targeted traffic faster. Also, can you suggest me some best way to outsource it?

      Thanks.

        1. add an extra that says you will include a voice over for $30
        2. find someone who delivers great voiceovers quickly (on Fiverr)
        3. outsource the voiceover to them
        4.????????????????????
        5. Profit.

The thing about fiverr is it can quickly become a JOB if you don't leverage your results.

Figure out a way to communicate to your buyers that this is an introductory service and upsell them onto something you can afford to offer.

You have to be able to move your "clients" outside of fiverr and make what you're worth for your efforts.

Great. And about taking the clients outside of Fiverr, Fiverr doesn't allow that. You can't communicate anything about money, contacts, Skype or any other method that'll let you get in contact with the buyer. If we do then they'll ban us.
