You would think that someone at a company the size of Southwest Airlines would have enough sense to make sure their shopping cart worked. You would think that but they don't. It's the same backend as FunJet and it's not working. Plus you have to enter information in twice just to get the error message.
I guess joe schmoe affilaite manager doesn't care about his 30K a year job.
