Is there a good service that can submit posts to self hosted WP sites?

I am getting so dead tired of VA's and all who can't even grasp the concept of equal distribution among sites, how hard can it be. Alternatives:

RankWyz

Buggy as hell, serving 403 and 503 error pages around the clock, need to click Back button and refresh page and then it turns out to be submitted "most of the time", a good % of the time the scheduled campaigns never run at all, and need to be restarted a handful of times to get it working. In the meanwhile credits are still being eaten away, although that's a minor issue.

Much larger is the issue that there are near 200 sites in a certain churn & burn network of mine, and RankWyz only posts to half of them, while all sites are being LIVE, all sites have correct passwords, none of the sites have plugins that disturb the submission process, all sites run the latest Wordpress 3.9, so in fact everything is near identical, still it fails to post at >50% of the sites without any reasons or error notifications.


FCS Networker

Deals with numerous issue's when you read the support forum section, haven't used it for a while but read some very disturbing posts about it on their forum so for security reasons I am afraid to use it. If you can't find the source of the problem then it can easily re-occur, which would be disastrous.


ManageWP

I decided to give that a try then, I signed up, couldn't even submit an CSV file to bulk upload my sites, says Error File, nothing wrong with the file. Contacted support and said they were working on fixing the issue and that I should manually submit each of the 200 sites individually, like I have nothing better to do. How old is that platform that they are still working on such basic option like bulk uploading sites.

I complained of course and got an immidiate refund and a free 30 days so kudos for that. However the biggest lack of their web service is that you can't load multiple articles at the same time to post on a number of sites. Nope instead you need to post 1 by 1, same like you would do in WP dashboard yourself, so that was another huge dissappointment, the sales page was quite thin so that didn't reveal it or I wouldn't even have tried it.

However they forwarded it to their developers so such function might come in the future. Besides that it also has no option to sticky posts, but well, can't have it all so won't nag about that.


Other things to try perhaps?

WPMothership (sales thread idle for years, site appears non updated for ages, never got a response on an inquiry about an option of their service), besides the fact that it looks heavily over priced.

BlogXen (looked promising, got introduced lately on BHW but no response from support, seems like a just started and immdiately abandoned service, sales thread locked)

AMR (Article Marketing Robot, is that going to be my best bet?)


People how hard can it be to to have a solid tool that does something dead simple like posting to self hosted WP sites, what are we asking for here. This is not some high tech thing.

Help a frustrated warrior out please with something simple that does the job well.
