Clickbank's New Ticket System...*sigh*
I'm now realizing that my life just got more difficult because of the way it's setup...
CB has now effectively disabled the ability to request refunds by sending refund requests to their refund email address. (you can do it, but it just opens a ticket)
As a vendor you now have to login and search for the sale in your CB account (wait, wait, wait) and then click on the little ticket icon and then request the refund yourself.
Here's the problem...we do high volume with CB and across other merchants so I have someone who handles my customer service. The only way they can process under the new system is to allow them to login to my CB account...which is not going to happen.
So not only will more time be wasted sitting there searching for each and every sale in my CB account, I now will have to do it on my own because I'm not going to let someone else access my CB account.
Why does CB not think of these things before jumping into new ideas? The ticket system is great...but there needs to be an external login for people that doesn't allow full account access or alternatively (and better) they need to leave a refund email address live.
