Does anyone know of an all-in-one solution (maybe a premium wordpress plug-in/app) that creates a platform (and marketplace) for people to buy expertise (a marketplace for knowledge). So for example, if you have a legal question that you needed a quick answer to, you could choose one lawyer with relevant experience from a panel, submit your question, pay for their time, and get a fast response (rather than having to spend time trying to find a local approved lawyer, make an appointment, and then maybe get charged a minimum of an hour for their time).
