My story and my deadline.

Hi Everyone,
I am new to this forum,in terms of post but have been around quite a bit,lurking around and buying WSOs.

Three months back I got a WSO form here.It did garauntee some amount of money at the end,and even though I am nowhere near that I dont regret buying it,since atlaest it got me started with a website.

The truth is, I have been wondering and learning about Internet Marketing since the last 3 years.I have made $0 till now.

It does amaze me how I can carry a dream for so long.All I have done is get one ebook after another,in the hope of finding something that works.I do not blame the ebooks or the courses(sure some were too bad,but most did teach me somethings).I beleive I have a problem with staying focussed and beleiving that I can make money by IM.Its my dream and I am scared to break it,since it will disappoint me and I may have to look for alternatives.

But I think its about time I should either do something or face the reality.I cannot remain a newbie forever.

I have given myself time till June 30 2009.If I dont make even a dollar by then I will quit IM and start a job or anything else.I will donate all my ebooks,courses etc to anyone who wants them and can make use of them better than I ever did.
But if I do make even a dollar by June 30 I will beleive in this system nd go ahead with it.

I do have a niche and a website so I do not have to start from a scratch.
But I will report my progess and will definately make a post on June 30 about what I decide to do.
To help me in the process of making my first dollar online I have already purcahed a few WSOs.I am not sure if I should mention the names,but I will mention what they will do;
1.Mind training for Internet success-will listen morning and night
2.A workbook.
3.An ebook on SEO
4.A report on traffic(which I wont be using now due to high cost of the technique)
5.A marketing course(for which I paid,but did not receive the link yet.I have less posts so I cannot post on the WSO thread)
I am hoping what I implement from these 4 WSO will help me in acheiving what I want.

      Reading WSO's is not the path to success, though it will get you some basic knowledge. Implementation is what matters.

      You need an action plan.

      Develop a specific action plan.
      Monitor results.
      Revise your action plan.
      Don't give up, revise and optimize.

      So, you want to sell me another way to easily make "X" dollars in "X" days? ROFL too funny! IM success requires hard work and lots of time. Most newbies do not survive the steep learning curve. Anyone who says otherwise is probably selling you a fantasy.

      I have already been working on a niche and a blog since the last 3 months.I get around 30-40 visitors/month due to my articles with ezine articles.
      I am going to be trying backlinking to get a better position in google,and see if I make any sales after that.That is my plan till now,but I would greatly appreciate any comments or help on the way.

        Thanks Fred,
        I agree with you that WSOs alone will not help me.Its the action part.I do take the action,but I guess I need a 100% action rather than a 50-60% action.
        I am recording my activity each day,so it should be better.Some of the WSO really did help me in learning the basic principles of IM.And right now I am trying to implement a few more of them.I dont feel like giving up on IM,but I have to see some results atleast before I can spend more time or money on it.I am trying my best so I am hoping it will show results.

      Yeah.. I was once just like you and I've even wondered that is it even possible to earn money with internet. so, just to let you know, this method does work.. work for me and many others.. so don't give up just yet. Focus on your target and take every required action to hit it.

    I'm pretty short on time, but I will make you an offer, Pinky...

    PM me your website URL and/or the niche you're in, and I'll find you some good keywords you can exploit to get some traffic to your site very quickly. The action steps once I send you a few good keywords is very simple:

    1. Write a 300-400 word article about each keyword phrase and be sure to use the keyword phrase in the title and in the body of the article 2-3 times. Doesn't have to be a masterpiece, just dash something out that a human being would gain something from reading. Do one for each keyword phrase. I'm sure I can find you at least 3 good ones for any niche. At the end of each article, place a link (or 2) to your website, and tell your readers to visit for something good about that topic. Don't just say "Click here for more information." Juice it up by telling readers they'll get something they need by visiting (critical information, a chance to get something indispensable, etc.).

    2. Submit your articles (one at a time as you finish them) to GoArticles(DOT)com. They publish articles right away, so you don't have to mess with waiting for approval by a human editor. This is very easy to do. Takes no time at all.

    3. Once the article is live, get some backlinks pointing to it. You can pick up 30 great places to get backlinks from Angela Edwards here on WF. Just do a search in the WSO section here for "Angela Edwards backlinks." She will give you the first month's packet for free, then it's just a ridiculously low $5/month if you want 30 more every month. Probably the best value anywhere on WF, seriously.

    4. Follow her instructions and go through all 30 places to get backlinks. Should not take you more than 2-3 hours at the very most. Probably less. Now, here's the KEY with backlinks... Use the same keyword phrase you targeted for that article as the anchor text in all of your backlinks. Anchor text is simply the words you make clickable in a link, like this: Warrior Forum <--- that's anchor text.

    I PROMISE YOU - if you will do this with each keyword phrase I'll give you for free, they WILL rank on Google's first page if you get 30 of Angela's backlinks. OK, that's too bold.... I don't work for Google so I cannot actually promise that. But I can tell you that the chances are very high that the articles will all rank there. It might not happen right away, but it also won't take a long time. I've seen articles rank on page 1 as fast as a few days with as few as 5-10 of her good backlinks.

    I usually charge to build clients keyword lists that they can exploit very easily and get high Google rankings quickly. I'll do a few for you for free... IF you PROMISE to take action. It doesn't have to be exactly what I'm suggesting above, but don't waste it, ok? I've just given you the blueprint for capitalizing on keywords to get your site some targeted traffic. What those visitors do once they're on your site depends on how well your site converts. You'll learn pretty quickly if your site converts well or not. If you're getting good traffic and no one's buying, clicking ads, signing up to your list, etc., well then at least you've learned that you need to work on your site to make it a better converter.

    Pinks - You're not alone. Analysis paralysis is something every Internet marketer has to deal with. There's no magic bullet to success and with your background I'm confident that you already know more than enough to begin making money online. I think it's a great idea that you've put a deadline to motivate yourself. Keep us updated and best of luck! We're here to help.
