How Do You Use EzineArticles RSS Feed?

Hello article writers! I post articles on EzineArticles ... I know they have an RSS feed ... I suspect I should be utilizing it in some way ... does the feed send my articles out automatically to publishers who are subscribed to my topic or am I supposed to do something with the feed each time I submit a new article ?

Can anybody provide direction?

You need to take your Author RSS Feed which will show up on your author page on EzineArticles and submit it to various feed aggregators (Feedster, Rocket News, etc.). Also, be sure to Ping your RSS Feed every time you publish a new article (Pingoat or PingOMatic is recommended).

Thanks, Mike. Do I only have to submit it once to the feed aggregators?

      Hi again!

You can either use a product like RSS Submit and it will submit to 100 RSS feeds but it will cost you money.

Or, you can submit the feeds manually once to the major feeds. Click on the link below and from there, I would submit to the feeds listed under where it says "Submit RSS Feeds":

      Good Luck!

What I do with my RSS feeds from Ezinearticles, and the other Article Directories that I submit to. I use them to build back links to my articles, this way my articles rank higher and they stick to the search engines.

There are many ways to do this, but a good way is that I used them in my squidoo lens, hub pages, myspace profile (Using the App: RSS Reader) and anywhere else that I can submit my RSS feed and I have a following in.
