Or pick something short and add "the" to make it look legit. Other than that, don't think about it too much. All that matters is what's inside and how you market it.

If you want a clever brandable name for a long-term business you should give more info. Otherwise, as you see, people just make clever takes on 'Abs'.

Is it a friendly site, a hard core site? Aimed at moms, athletes or university guys?

I thought maybe corereasoning.com

Although that is a pretty good domain for a number of possibilities so it may be gone by the time you read this post....

I'd have to say friendly site. It'll have helpful articles/sucess stories and such on the homepage. Will have an ask page where people can ask questions, like Y/A. I'm trying to get a more fun name, thanks.

Well if you are trying to make money it is very hard to get started with a blog because there are SOOOO many people doing it! And a blog about how to get abs... that market is very saturated and hard to make money in. If you want to make money online and make it your primary source of income then making a blog on " how to get abs is not going to work."

I've seen sites with relatively crappy names get major traffic over time because it was the CONTENT rather than the domain name that made it worthy.

You can be hung up over the domain for quite a while and in the mean time lose lots of $$ because you've made taking that first step so difficult.

I've been through analysis paralysis and you don't want to get stuck there.

Just pick a name and just move forward with planning and execution.

Domain name won't matter if little targeted traffic ends up finding your site.

znightmare I don't think many really cared about you stressing, from the first few replies you gave the could tell you have no grace or humility towards what they were trying to do.

To be fair some answers maybe a bit too predictable but atleast they tried, and what you came up with was pretty poor too I think (what's anxiety got to do with abs?).

I came on this thread earlier but because of your replies didn't post, decided to this time as feel I can add more relevance with this post.

Good on those that did try and do well helping on this forum and hope you all get the success you deserve, as for znightmare have fun trying make your blog on abs or anxiety or social problems, whatever it is on your own a success I don't think the good people of this forum should be helping people as worthless as you.

Shrabs.com (as in shredded abs) unique and brand-able. If you're successful people may start referring to their Abs as Shrabs which would be pretty cool. Plus it's available right now.
