10% Flippa fees and escrow fees

I have a problem and doubt, after separate payment with escrow fees, is there any more 10% fees from flippa?

Looks like a listing of $19 for websites and $9 for domains with a 10% success fee.

$9 listing fee for new websites with a 15% success fee.

The new pricing is a great way to cut down on fraud and 'success rate padding.' Good move on Flippa's part. It would be nice if they raise the success rate to 20% or higher.

Thanks for all the help! But I mean after I paid the escrow fees, should I get charge for the flippa success fees?

  Escrow fees are totally separate than Flippa fees.

Flippa sucks honestly. High listing fees, huge success fee, and NO protection or assistance offered by Flippa itself. Lets be honest the only reason anyone uses it is because there is nothing better. I personally try to stay away from Flippa.

  There are other (better?) options out there, but probably not for sites under $5K in value. (Or earning less than $250/month. Flippa's still the best (only?) option for low-end websites.
