I know product quality is outmost important element, but what other top 10 ways that you could suggest me to do that based on your own experiences so I can achieve my successful product launch?

You want to reduce refund rate?

Have a good product that actually helps people.

Single best thing you can ever do to reduce refund rates.

Also, give people access to your complete product.

Let them download everything, after all... they paid for it.

Well I have found no matter what you do you will get a few requesting a refund. But if you are upfront on what your product does it will really help. Test download links really well. Have your contact info in a few places telling them that if they have a problem to contact you first.

Produce a quality product and stay out of the IM / MMO niche. Do those two things and you'll reduce your refunds greatly.

      Thanks

But what's the challenge of these niches?

    612chan...

The challenge in those niches is that they are notorious for high refund rates to begin with. If your goal is to reduce refunds, it stands to reason that you avoid niches that experience notoriously high refund rates.

I'm not a senior member but I love to read books. Based on my personal experience, if I buy the best e-book on the market and find that the text is in peculiar font, font style, size of text etc - I'd get my refund ! Botton line, keep it in a way that the readers are comfortable with reading.

Would you mind elaborating this please?

The point I was trying to make was that ontop of information quality, the presentation plays a vital role. On a few occasions I've read average 200+ page books while on other occasions I couldn't read past the first few pages as I remember the text being italic, red colour, not-easy-to-the-eye- font etc.

If you are selling a BOOK then I would highly suggest using LuLu.com and not clickbank. You can publish a book through them and have it in pdf, epub, and paperback. It can be listed on amazon, barnes & noble and istore. Refunds is the last thing you need to worry about on LuLu. I have a best seller on LuLu with 0 refunds.

You can not avoid refunds 100% but if you clearly state what you offer and then deliver what you promise you should have very low refund rates.

Reasons why people ask for refunds:

    - did not get the product
    - did not understand the product
    - product did not deliver what was promised
    - product not accessible (compressed with rar instead of zip)
    - customer never intended to pay (already planned refund before purchase)

Point number 5 can not really be handled. You can offer some additional bonus that
seems to be even more valuable than the product itself and deliver that in stages
over the next 90 days. That would help a little but getting the refund rate below 1%
is almost impossible for IM products on Clickbank.
