Different prices to different audience, how?

I run an e-commerce store of clothing. I am at a stop at the moment, because I have an idea but I don't know how to implement it. Now this idea requires that depending on where the traffic is coming from, the price varies. Such as if it comes from a particular country then my website should show the price to be something, and when it comes from another country then a totally different value. Mostly, it will be just 2 value with one for my domestic customers, and the other for my international customers. So, basically, visitors from my country should get to see one price, but when I have international visitors, they should see a totally different price. How can that be done?

Broken promises don't upset me. I just think, why did they believe me?

Now that isn't a very nice way to answer someone's question. Why do you assume he's out to screw people?

Its business and exactly what he's trying to do is already being done by a lot of companies that you probably consider reputable.

Edit: I see you have changed your response, good job because that was just wrong. IMHO

      Wishing you much success,

You can use something like this:
MaxMind - GeoIP2 | IP Address Location Database

Depending on the country you can show different prices. There isalso a light version available that's free.

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.

Raindance - If you had a digital product portfolio I would have suggested Fastspring. They allow you to do precisely that but since you have physical goods try to get a 'IP to Geo location script' and then show prices acc to the location.
It shouldn't be too difficult IMHO.

    All the best!
