Question To Those Using Sparkol Video Software

I got to know Sparkol is one of the best software out there for making white board videos. I just signed up with them with the 7 days trial, madw a video but it has watermark with their name. I want to know if thats how it works or if because am using a trial version? i love white board videos but i don't want producing videos with watermarks.

Please i need to hear from you guys.

  • The watermark appears because it is a trial version. I used the software for a couple of months, and it doesn't add any watermark in the final product.
  • Yes, that watermark is there forever... They do it to discourage sales, they don't need the money... :rolleyes:

    • am getting confuse now. different opinions, [it has watermark because of the trial version & it's there forever] i don't know one to follow now. i was even planning today to buy the pro version which cos 30 dollars monthly but i wouldn't want to wasting my 30 bucks producing watermark videos.

      I need a clear picture of this sparkol software or any other good alternative to it?

    The watermark is there because ITS A TRIAL VERSION, if you had the paid version there would be no watermark...

  • Thanks guys, i guess there is no any other sharpol alternative? or any other free way of making white board videos? so i can go ahead and save myself my little bucks. thanks
  • the only free way I know of is to have camtasia record you while you draw your images in an art program. It won't show your hand or anything. but you can speed up the video. And you can add your audio with something like audacity. search for diy videoscribing and there's a video about it on google.
  • By the time you have lost a few hours or days trying to bypass Sparkol Videoscribe and looking for alternatives, you might as well have paid for it and made your video.

    It is truly excellent and does what it says it will. There is no watermark on the paid version.

    • Agreed. I don't know another video editing software that can do the same with little effort and fast rendering. Is possible to do on After Effects and Motion 5, but the first one costs at least $49 bucks every month with the Creative subscription from Adobe, and the later costs $49 bucks in the App Store, but it requires a capable Mac with above average specs, and of course, learning the ropes of the software which is not a trivial matter and is quite time absorbing.

      Go for the Pro version, is worth it.
  • If i'm not wrong, there's no free tool/site to make white boards without watermarks.

    Did you check VideMakerFX? It's not free but one time payment, and you can do more than white boards.
